This luxurious villa is located in Swan Lake Residence – New Cairo. It is a combination of home automation technology, high end design and simplicity. Comfort was the core concept for the villa, seeking to cater to the individual preference of the entire family.
Creating an identity was done successfully using different tools like; colors, materials, fancy fine details as well as using a pattern, and repeating in a creative way on the walls, the floor & furniture.
In the designing and execution, DAR Designs were highly attentive to create an environment that accommodates all the needs and comfort of the residents.
